Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
- You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Custom or special-order products are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Goods
- If your item is faulty, email us at jason@raceshop.co.nz.
- All products are assessed before a replacement or refund is offered.
- Warranty covers the product only – not labour, installation, or return freight.
Product Warranty
- Products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty only.
- Warranty does not cover:

- Misuse or incorrect installation
- Damage from racing or off-road use (unless specified)
- Any item that has been disassembled or modified
- Always use a qualified installer.
Product Use Disclaimer
- Most of our parts are intended for motorsport or off-road use.
- It is your responsibility to ensure suitability for your application.
- We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation or use.
